bozBLOWOUT!

This is NOT just your everyday ordinary party! After all, this is no ordinary house.

"What" you ask, "is a bozBLOWOUT exactly?"

Well, it's pretty simple. It's the 'before' party. Yep, as the word 'before' implies...there will be another party 'after'. But that's a blog entry for another day.

The 'before' party is where we celebrate the beginning of the end of the bozPROJECT - when the framing is complete and the finish is in sight.

Since the real 'beginning' of this project was the lovely 1950's ranch that captured the hearts and wallets of the bozTEAM; it is only fitting that we celebrate the launch of this project with martinis and cocktail snacks.

This is your chance to see how things started for this lovely, and now 'raised' ranch home. You can see the torn out, stripped down version of the latest bozPROJECT.

Whether you are an aspiring renovator, who wants to review the plans, see the design boards, talk to the designers, contractors, and all the people who have been or will be working on this project...

Or maybe you are an annoyed neighbor, who is just dying to see what all the noise is about...

Or perhaps, you are a Realtor, who wants to see the next great thing (that does not have a Tuscan kitchen) to come on to the Belle Meade market...

Or maybe you can create a 19 x 19 kitchen full of custom cabinets and you want to sell them to us for a mere $6000 (Ok, I can dream)...

Or you used to live in this house and you are really darn curious why we tore a perfectly good house apart...

Or you are our banker and you want to see where all your money is going...

Whoever you are, at the 'before' party you can take a last look at the basket weave tiles that could not be saved. You can take a first look at the amazing retro textured media room carpet. You can marvel at the 10 x 12, his/hers master closet with washer and dryer.

And maybe...you can fall in love with your future home. After all, no matter how attached the bozTEAM becomes to the modern, custom kitchen, the remarkable master suite and the secluded, wooded lot - we still plan to sell this ranch in late July. Which, BTW, will be when we hold the 'after' party.
